It was great to present at the Independent Schools NSW Security Symposium at Google HQ in Sydney, along with Chris Gersch from The Anglican Schools Corporation, about the challenges of supplier risk management in schools.
I shared how we're helping schools take the pain out of this process, and we launched the Apollo Secure School Supplier Hub, with the support of ISNSW, to drive better supplier management outcomes for the school sector.
We're taking a different approach to solving third-party risk management for the education sector, with a collaborative and automated initiative that makes the whole process easier for both schools and EdTech vendors, with much less manual effort and unnecessary duplication of busywork.
It was also fantastic to hear from other presenters on the day, including Lt. Gen. Michelle McGuinness, National Cyber Security Coordinator.
